What’s the language used in this program?The course is currently available in English, French, Portuguese, Polish, Spanish, Greek, Bahasa Indonesian, Vietnamese, Korean and Thai.

Will the courses be entirely online? Are there any live sessions required?The coursework is entirely online & self-paced, with weekly supplemental live engagement sessions to connect with your fellow students and enhance your learning experience.

How is the curriculum structured?The curriculum is delivered through self-paced modules that include short activities, quizzes and homework assignments, with opportunities to interact with other learners via virtual community-building sessions. Learners will have the chance to showcase their new skills via a capstone project, in which they will propose a green solution to a real-world problem.

Do I need my own computer for the program? What if I don’t have a computer or internet setup?A computer and wifi connection is required to join this course. At this time, no direct hardware assistance is available to program participants.

Can I choose the Cohort dates that I want to be enrolled to?Yes, you will be able to indicate your preferred cohort date in the application form. Please refer to the cohort calendar for the most up-to-date cohort schedule.

If I do not get a reply from the team within the expected date, should I apply again?Learners do not have to re-apply for the course in any circumstances. Due to the large number of applications we receive, there could be a delay in reaching out to you. Or, you may have been assigned to one of the cohorts that starts later during the same month. In both scenarios, we will try to keep you informed.

Why was my application rejected?We have limited spots on this program, so our selection process aims to recruit a diverse representation of learner backgrounds. If your application has been rejected, it means that either you were not eligible for the program or that we received many applications and weren’t able to offer you a spot on that program. You are welcome to apply again in the future.

I cannot attend the Cohort that I am assigned to. Should I apply again for the program for a later cohort?If you cannot attend the program in your assigned cohort, you can simply write to the GDS team at greenskills@learning.inco-group.co and ask for admission in a different cohort. The team will then assign you a different cohort based on your preferred start date. Please do not apply again for the program.

I was not able to attend the orientation session. What should I do?While not mandatory, it is still strongly recommended that learners join the orientation session; this will allow you to meet your facilitator, and peers, ask questions, and participate in discussion. However, in the case that you miss an orientation session, you will have access to alternative prerecorded materials that cover the main topics.

How can I get LinkedIn Premium?A learner must complete all the course requirements including the core modules, and one elective, and submit their capstone project to earn a LinkedIn Premium membership.

I have completed all the course requirements, when will I get my LinkedIn Premium access?Graduates will receive LinkedIn Premium Membership access within the 4 weeks of the cohort end date. Please note that the timing is not linked to individual completions; for example, if you complete the course 10 days before the cohort end date, you will still receive LinkedIn Premium Membership access with all other graduates, within 4 weeks of the cohort end date.

When should I activate my LinkedIn Premium? What is the validity of the premium membership?You should validate your LinkedIn Premium code before December 2024. The premium is valid for one year from the date of activation.

I already have a LinkedIn Premium subscription. What should I do?If you are already an active Premium subscriber and would like to use your gift code from GDS, you will need to cancel your Premium subscription and then wait for your billing cycle to end (this can take up to 30 days). Once the cancellation process is complete, you can redeem the gift code to activate your new Premium subscription. You will still need to activate this code by December 2024, and the membership will be valid for 1 year upon activation
